WRO/Rosetta E-Journals
The WRO and its publications division Rosetta launched its e-journal library in 2006.
As part of our commitment to electronic publishing we provide electronic access to all journals published from all WRO worldwide offices.

A part of the WRO Information Services Project, the WRO Subscription Services was built on the foundation of providing first class service to libraries and organizations. And that remains our number one priority. Since libraries have diverse service needs, we created specialized divisions to respond to the particular needs of different types of libraries. Personnel in our Academic, Biomedical, Corporate, Public, School, Government and Law divisions understand the unique challenges faced by staff in these libraries and know which services best address their needs. WRO's title database contains information on a wide range of title listings, including print and electronic formats. Our Rosetta serials management system allows administrators to order, search, claim and renew periodicals from our extensive database. Our Electronic Journals Service facilitates access to and management of an organization's electronic journal collection. Rosetta's A-to-Z is a locator tool for all a library’s e-resources, including e-journals, titles in full text databases and publisher packages.

Combined Institutional Subscription a Combined Institutional Subscription includes E-Access (which provides site-wide online access to all content in the volume) and a print copy of each issue included in the volume for that title.
E-Only Institutional Subscription an E-Only Institutional Subscription (which provides site-wide online access to all content in the volume) is offered at a 5% discount off the Combined Institutional Subscription rate.
Print-Only Institutional Subscription the Print-Only Institutional Subscription is offered at 4% off the Combined Institutional Subscription rate.

Each Combined or E-Only Institutional subscription to one of our journals includes:

Online access rights to the volume subscribed
New subscribers in 2007/08 will have backfile access to 2006 (where available)
Existing subscribers will continue to access the content to past volumes that have been paid for
On cancellation subscribers gain access to paid for content; i.e., Subscribers from 2006 cancelling in 2007 would keep access to content from paid for years 2006
The right to download articles and make copies for coursepacks and electronic reserve collections without payment of a fee or seeking prior permission

To access those journals which are available electronically all your library needs is a Combined or E-Only institutional subscription, a computer linked to the Internet, an Adobe Acrobat Reader and an access account with one of our intermediaries.
